Pizza Hut - Monteagle

1st off I ordered pizza in September 2023 $58.00 dollars worth ask for NO sauce and when my pizzas arrived that were soaked in sauce and I was told to call corporate which I did and that was a complete waste of my time, so today 10-18 -23 I ordered pizza again to give them one more chance was missing one of my pizzas and couldn’t talk to anyone who hardly spoke English!!!!! I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again!! And I will give them a bad name from here on out !!! I will continue to give them the worst possible name!!! So here I sit just no pizza and no way to speak to the store manager!!!

Cleanliness is not a goal at this location. I’m assuming if this is what the public sees, I’m afraid to know how it looks in the back where public eyes aren’t. We will be giving Marion County Health Department a call about the lack of care and sanitation of the restaurant. Very discouraging.

This place has went down hill fast. Went at 8pm on a Sunday night don't close till 9 door where locked. They where doing carry out only. No dine in. Place a order then pick up at window. But limited to what you can order because they had already turned off the fryers. There was a bunch of young teens standing around doing nothing. Don't cry about have not any business when you can't stay open for it. Sad part is there was other people in the reaturaunt. They don't do the buffet anymore also they don't keep it very tidy. They use the old buffet for storage and other places as well. I won't be back. Pizza Hut needs to do something about this store.

My favorite place they have the best red sauce. Still no salad bar and eating on paper plates.
