Pizza Hut - Monte Vista

Pizza was ready when I got there to pick it up. It was hot enough to make the 15 minute ride home and there was enough for 10 people. I was a bit annoyed with their website though. It kept trying to enroll me in their loyalty program, then telling me that there was an error, please try again. Never did figure out why it kept glitching.

Bad. Very bad.The worst pizza I have ever had in my life.Will not waste my money here again as this has been several occasions.I can buy something from the frozen section in any grocery and get way better taste.Positives- the guy running it is friendly and personable.

I ordered online, and clearly ordered delivery because it even asked for a driver tip. When my pizza was late, I called and the store and was told it was ordered carry out. I asked, when am I gonna get me pizza then because I’m waiting for it. The worker mumbled something and hung up on me. I then went in to the store and eventually got in to an argument because I was told my order was cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager, but was told by the worker that he was the manager. Mind you, this guy was making pizzas with his bare hands and running the cash register with out ever washing his hands. Finally, I was told he can reuse service to anyone and was asked to leave.

Ordering through the app was easy. Arrived just as they are cutting the pizza. The staff was friendly. I asked for some plates and he gave them to me along with some napkins.

Usually these guys are great, and if not they will make it a point to make it to the customer!
