Burro&sale Trattoria - MONTE SAN SAVINO

Gastronomy just outside one of the gates of the old town. Managed by 2 very nice sisters, sells takeaway food, homemade fresh pasta and some cakes, always prepared by their hands. It also offers the possibility to stop eating: a simple table with stools. You eat the food of the gastronomy or a nice pasta dish with various sauces (just the time to cook the pasta). In a few minutes comes the order, served in disposable dishes: pici al ragù, tagliatelle al ragù, cold pasta with fish and vegetables, cod, sogliola with tomatoes and capers. All excellent!!! To close in beauty, we also take a tortine with apples: a delight! Honest account. For those who love simplicity and appreciate genuine flavors, a place absolutely to try. Congratulations!

Arrived here by chance and out of time we could not choose better place. Cortesia, great service and sympathy, and also dishes were not less. Mixed croutons and a plentiful portion of excellent pici. Strongly recommended. Also great for vegetarians.

It happened by chance, on indication of a local inhabitant, since many premises were closed, we discovered a small jewel made of kindness and genuineness. We went out a bit from the menu proposed, guided by the owner: crostini to black, pappardelle (fresche, made by them that are also pasta factory) to the boar ragù, roast potatoes and fried onions, two bicchieroni of good Tuscan wine and two excellent coffees with tasting of the cookies made by them... How much? 28 euros and 50 cents in 3 people. Little to say... if not excellent. Not suitable for those looking at the serving of dishes (all USA throws here), or to fans of starry catering with artistic embellishments. This is about the substance. And that's five stars.

Great place to eat healthy food good and fast as waiting times. Try the delicious NANA peas, also excellent roasted ham and cut. Very careful the staff of the room not to miss you anything, value quality price grade 10. I recommend it.
