Whilst on our Italian days Food Tour in Bologna, this Trattoria was our stop for our light lunch , OMG...the food is just absolutely wonderful and Authentic light it was NOT. The pasta and all of the meats etc..were just to die for! In fact, they announced the Nonna and others that made the pasta and they all came out to everyone 's applaud for the delicious food! The pasta was just perfect, the meats, juicy and tasted like the best that I every had. The service was friendly and authentic....and oh, the Vino!!! Everything was delightful, and it made our day! So, if ever in this little area just outside of Bologna, you MUST stop.

This family run business includes half a dozen or so rooms, a cafe and bar, restaurant and convenience store. we didn't eat at the restaurant but stayed in the Locanda. Our room was cozy and clean. The shower was a little small, but so was the price. While there was not a lot of English spoken, we managed and enjoyed ourselves as we explored the area. Will be happy to stay there again. Had family near by so didn't dine there, will next time.

Incredible food with lovely service. The pasta is handmade every morning and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend to people looking for authentic italian food.

Very easy location. Typical local food. Amazing dishes. It absolutely deserves a visit if you pass nearby Bologna. Tortellini, lasagne, salumi, crescentine and tigelle... What else??
