Delicious pizza, competent and friendly staff and delivery always on time, very good
NEVER AGAIN! We ordered pizzas and sandwiches at 9pm and at 8pm they told us that delivery would take place after an hour. At 10.30pm we still couldn't see anyone so we asked by calling, the pizza carrier arrived 20 minutes late which is fine because we understand that it's Saturday. But the big problem is that we based ourselves on a menu found on their Google page dating back 7 months ago, where the hambovo included fried potatoes which were not included in the sandwich, we asked about it and they told us responded rudely by saying that it wasn't true when we had the menu in front of us, calling me a liar... moreover, there were potatoes missing from one pizza and the lady replied that next time she wouldn't make us pay for them, but I'd say that next time THERE WILL NOT BE! Instead of apologizing they washed their hands of it and we paid for what we didn't eat. I point out that the lady who answered the phone was anything but polite... I just limited myself to calling them incompetent after they didn't give us what we paid for and which was missing and after calling us liars on a menu they had put up !!!! And do you know what the young lady replied to me? “OH BEAUTIFUL BE” and hung up on me. So incompetent and rude.
