I had lunch with four other people. Comfort, good food accompanied by a quality wine made us spend 3 hours in a perfect way. Antonio the owner of the restaurant immediately put himself at our disposal for the duration of the lunch giving advice and explanations of the dishes. Absolutely to try and repeat. This authentic gem is set in a quiet little street in the historic Sassari old town. My favourite area is the charming al fresco dining area out front with fairy lights overhead. The pizza is undoubtedly the best in Sassari; the perfect base, topped with super fresh ingredients and interesting combinations and options. But be sure to try the calamari dish as well, it’s superb! I was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of wines which is at least double the selection and variety of other restaurants of the same size. Finally, Tony and the team are delightful and I can not be happier to call this our neighbourhood local. This is how it’s done when done right!

Excellent gourmet restaurant in Sassari, in a nearby alley in the central area. Friendly and helpful owner, as well as the rest of the staff. Raw materials processed in an exemplary manner.
