Outstanding!! We love the flavors and the authenticity of the food at Kotsu Ramen and Gyoza. The location is excellent, not too crowded, and my whole family enjoyed our meal. The recipes are very delicious here. The videos were also fantastic and full of flavor. I tried the Kotsu Flame, the hottest dish, and it was just right for those who enjoy spicy food. My three-year-old daughter had the chicken and rice, and the sauce on the chicken was amazing! We are grateful for the delicious food and great service. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend everyone to come and try it out!

There are many vegan choices available at this restaurant, and the creamy ramen broth and noodles were delightful. The smoker seasoning comes in three varieties, and I tried the "kick" flavor which, while not overly spicy, added a nice extra touch of flavor.

The ramen was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the thick slices of pork. The gyoza could have been crispier, but the spice level was great. The crispy tuna rice was just okay. The service could be more attentive to customers entering and leaving the restaurant.
