Most of the pizzas could use a bit more cooking time. Additionally, cleanliness could be better and should be addressed. They have new games, but some of them weren’t working yet.
This is a fantastic spot for kids! I really appreciate the all-you-can-eat buffet style. It's also very child-friendly and well-supervised, making it a safe environment for families.
My child really enjoys this place! The food is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend checking it out if you have kids.
The positive aspect of the restaurant is that kids really enjoy themselves. With indoor rides, games, and mini-golf, there's plenty to keep them entertained. The buffet offers a variety of options, including pizza, spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, Alfredo noodles, chicken nuggets, and salad. There's also a soda and ice machine available, as well as a separate area selling frozen drinks, beer, and wine. The venue is quite large. However, I have some complaints about the service, particularly at the buffet. On weekends, the buffet is not consistently replenished to accommodate the large number of paying guests, and cleanliness is lacking. The women's restroom was in poor condition—dirty and poorly stocked. I informed five female employees about the state of the restroom, but it still wasn't cleaned. The party rooms are nice, but you need to spend over $400 for access. Unfortunately, the time limit for the birthday celebration is less than two hours. Every half hour, employees come in to remind guests of their time limit, which feels quite rushed and uncomfortable. Once you're given a time slot, it would be better to just leave the guests alone. For kids’ parties, they provide pizza on a holder and a pitcher for drinks to prevent children from getting pizza from the buffet. While this is fine, it often leads to leftover pizza being wasted. The manager wouldn't allow us to take home any leftover food in go-boxes or bags. Luckily, we had a cookie box to transport the extra pizza. Overall, I would rate the experience a 3 out of 5. I give a 1 for the issues with restroom cleanliness and maintenance, including the availability of seat covers and toilet paper. The buffet was not well-maintained and items were frequently emptied, despite requests for assistance. Last night, I noticed four female employees chatting near the party entrance for an extended period, and even when I asked for help, they didn’t respond. The manager's approach to rushing guests in the party room is also disappointing and deserves a zero score. On the positive side, kids have a lot of fun here. The party rooms offer smaller sections for dining, and there are numerous activities for children, which deserves a score of 4.
We celebrated a birthday on February 14th, and while my daughter was hesitant due to the mixed reviews, we decided to give the place a shot. We had a fantastic time! Andrew and his staff were exceptional. Although they were short-staffed, which meant some rides required a wait for an attendant, it only added to the kids' excitement. The pizza was a solid 10/10! I recommend you check it out for yourself, keeping in mind that weekends can get quite crowded, which is why we opted for a weekday visit. Also, unlike Chuck E. Cheese, which often runs out of wine, this location actually offers wine and margaritas for the adults.
