Carl's Jr. - Montclair

It was quick and I dontvwant to get anybody in a mess or in trouble but my card when the girl ran it it didn't have I didn't have enough funds for the guacamole bacon cheeseburger meal but it was $14 and the work the employee just charged me for thepier burger and my card went through and I really grateful for that for her for doing that like I know like that was justawesome like you know very rare people do nice things like that you know what I mean it was just like I got the soda and thefries free but you know that burger was a bomb guacamole bacon burger like I love that burger for years I've been eating atBurger when I go there that's what I get but I just want to give her a thanks and say that their customers the employees likethat are hard to find good great job and thank you once again Montclair Carl's Jr

I don 't eat fast food a lot. But when I go to CJs I never paid much attention and just figured they are expensive for what you get. Well I noticed my combo was 3 bucks more than the menu so I asked hey when you ask medium or large is that my only optionor are you upgrading me without me realizing. Her response, it 's my job to upsale you! I says ok, a bit sneaky but I get it...I guess I 'm used to the more customer friendly, would you like to upgrade to a medium or large. Now I know though... no moretricking me hahaha!

Bruh drive thru was supposed to be open 24/7 and no one answered for about an hr? i went just tryna go get an ice cream shake for the munchies and no one answered so about an hr or so later i try doordashing it and they texted me that no one is answeringeither to then like wtf? bs

I went expecting to be a lil disappointed because most fast food employees just don't want to be there. I was pleasantly surprised at the service.

Fast service fries were fresh and hot. Drive thru was packed and it only took 8 minutes i was surprised.
