Ralph's Italian Ices Ice Cream

I can't believe it's 2019, and you still can't provide updates on your hours—whether you're open or closed! It really frustrates me. As a business owner myself, I have no trouble keeping my holiday hours updated, so I don't understand why you can't manage a whole season. I plan to come back this summer, and when you hand me my order, I'll be walking out with it. Consider this my little payback! Just watch—I'm not kidding!

Terrible experience. I rarely write reviews, and I've never felt compelled to share my thoughts like this before. I paid nine dollars for an ice cream cone. NINE DOLLARS. To make matters worse, it was the worst ice cream I've ever tasted. I ordered vanilla, and it was like frozen Cool Whip. I didn’t even think it was possible to make ice cream that bad. This was truly the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. If I could give it a zero, I would.

The selection of flavors is extensive, but the prices are quite steep considering the portion sizes. The taste was decent, but there wasn't nearly enough cookie dough in my cookie dough ice cream.

Biggest Ralph's I've ever seen. These are the best ices, highly recommend the rainbow cookie ice. My preference is the creme ice over the water ice, the creme ice flavors have more interesting flavors and I love the consistency. We went when they were closing up and they were so nice and accomadating. Great spot that I highly recommend checking out!

We walked in a little before 10pm. Apple Maps says Ralph?s is still open until 11pm. Music playing, sign is still out. We enter, cashier says ?we?re closed.? Okay. No worries! We leave. Immediately after we walk out, a man walks in and orders and she serves him no problem. All while we were still right outside. After he left, I walked in and said, ?I thought you were closed?? She says, ?he?s a friend of my boss.? This was frustrating. I don?t care who it is, we had just left not even 30 seconds ago. Inconsiderate.
