Shoprite Of Montague

I want to pick up a Shop from Home order Only to be told were runner two to three hours behind. I showed up on the late side of the pick up window 3-4 I got there at 3:45. It wouldn 't be ready until 7:00....maybe an off day. Shoprite is usually WAY better at giving more accurate times so the customers expectations fall in line with what can be delivered. (Accurate pick up times)

PROS: close to my house NJ still uses plastic bags which I recycle all the time at home the store is clean employees are friendly and knowledgeable. CONS frequently put the wrong cheese in the pre sliced section . This is a HUGE pet peve of mine. Many times I 've paid for pre sliced LOL cheese and a far cheaper cheese had been put in the bag and mislabeled. Yes the printed label is wrong, I didn 't mistakenly buy a package put in the wrong section I can expect a mistake once, but 3 times in a year?! Makes me think that either their intentionally being deceitful, or their employees are not attentive to details. some items are frequently out of stock such as hash brown patties, several varieties of canned seltzer, both colors of bell pepper, ect. Overall a decent store. If the employees weren 't so friendly and helpful I might shop elsewhere.

This was my first time being there, and was very pleased. I was so impressed that I will go to this ShopRite more than my local ShopRite in Middletown. I like the lighting is very bright. Thanks you

This place is a joke. If you are a fellon trying to get a job. Amanda the manager.
