I was having a family Halloween party and thought this Pizza Hut could handle a 5 pizza order. I ordered online, 3 hours ahead of time... Ten minutes after I arrived, they let me know that they still hadn't made them. I left with my (incorrect) order 30m past the scheduled pick up time. The manager told me that they would credit my account a small refund for the inconvenience... Didn't happen. Food: 1
