We couldn't have asked for a better catering team to feed our friends and family for our baby's first birthday. The food was not only extremely tasty, but visually appealing as well. Although, as the hostess of the party and mommy of the birthday boy I was so busy and was not able to taste every dish that Huyen made all the guests were raving about how delicious all the food was. From the very first time we called her to ask for a price quote, Huyen made me feel comfortable and was very helpful in creating a personalized menu from tacos to noodles for our event since we have a lot of different tastebuds: from kids to grandparents to please. Planning out our first birthday party was stressful, but working out the food and menu with Huyen was fun and over delivered exceeding my expectations and even saved the day when we forgot to bring little paper plates for the birthday cake. Everyone on her team was very friendly and helpful during the day of the party 10/10, would recommend!

I was referred to Huyen when looking for a private chef in Palm Springs for a bachelorette party. It was my first private chef experience so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Huyen delivered on what I asked for. She was easy to work with, very responsive, and extremely talented. All I gave her for ideas was one restaurant my friends love to go to and she used her creativity to come up with a full 5-course menu! Huyen and her assistant were an absolute delight to have in our kitchen. We really enjoyed the presentation and flavors of all the dishes. I'll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

I hired Huyen for my daughter's garden bridal shower at my house. She and her crew did an exceptional job. I could not have been more pleased. Delicious spread, professional service in every way.

Huyen was everything you could have want in a private chef. We collaborated on a menu for my sister's Bachelorette in Palm Springs this past weekend, and she delivered! She was so responsive in the lead up to the evening, with a strong attention to detail (allergies, timing, location, etc. without being boring. She and our waiter were so kind, thoughtful, and fun! The food was amazing, with everything tasting incredible and the presentation was divine. The conversations with her throughout courses was even better. She explained how she always tries to find the story behind a dish if it is something she hasn't made before. It was the cherry on top to an incredible meal/experience. Huyen is going to be a staple whenever I celebrate in the desert!
