DO NOT let your toddler in the ball pit. There's old broken smashed up balls that can potentially cut your child. Let's not talk about how dirty they are.The men's/boy's restroom was disgusting and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Paper and trash all over the ground and toilets. Urine all over the floor.Lastly my biggest complaint of my visit on 08/23/2023 was the employees. The two females that attended my entrance fee were very rude. At no point were they interested in welcoming my family. Their only concern was talking and gossiping to each other. I paid cash almost to the T. My change was supposed to be $0.20, let me repeat 20 CENTS! The girl rudely told me she sent my receipt to email and I would have to come back later for my change. At the end of our session the same female attempted to give me 20 of the dirtiest pennies that she dug up from the back dumpster. I refused the pennies and asked if she had any other coins? She rudely said no! She then said their safe was locked and she couldn't get any change. My next question was how did she get 20 pennies if it was locked? She ignored my question and attempted to dismiss me. I then asked for the managers name which they became even more rude and intolerable. They said the manager was Emily. I have yet to receive any follow up.I will not be back at this location!
Lots of activities to do for the kids. We were there for about two hours and my 9 and 7 year old had an blast. As long as you're wearing socks you don't have to purchase any additional socks. There are other places we've been to that required you to purchase their specific socks, which is annoying.2 adults are free per child and the child fee was around $20 per child. You're allowed to come and go all day as long as you keep your receipt, which is amazing! You can buy an activity card to play their games and ride their moto-bikes, but we didn't and it was totally fine.We were there around noon on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded at all. They have snacks for sale, so you're not allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. But they're in a shopping plaza that has a bunch of food options so you can always go out for food and come back and play some more!I'm docking a star because their staff was just mediocre. They were inattentive and the main counter girl was robotic with zero personality. You have to be buzzed in/out and we were waiting a while to leave, so I tried to flag a worker down. She purposefully turned and walked the other way from me once she saw I was trying to get her attention. The staff just looked miserable, like they hated their jobs.Luckily my kids don't notice these things, but it stood out.Go for the kids and expect nothing from the staff and you'll have an amazing time :
My child loves this place. They have an infant and toddlers area, and a bigger kid area for climbing and sliding down a few slides. There are claw machines that are “win every time” so they don’t get frustrated by claw machines, and plenty of room to sit and watch. Plus they sell simple snacks if you don’t want to lug your bag around. The music is at a reasonable volume, but you can go in the dance room for a loud experience if you want.
Great place for a playdate and/or a party! Lots of different things for every child to do.
ITS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN....THEY WILL SURE HAVE FUN WITH THE SLIDES AND ALL THE OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT THEY HAVE FOR YOU TO DO....IT ALSO WORKS AS AN EXERCISE FOR YOUR CHILDREN....SO BY THE TIME YOU GET HOME, THEIR BATTERY IS DRAINED AND ITS NIGHT NIGHT FOR THEM LOL...BUT I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 7-14
