Domino's Pizza - Monrovia

I have been using Uber for a year and a half. The worst experience was today. I ordered Dominos in the United States. It was a normal order. After waiting, I did not receive the result. I did not hear any phone notifications in the room. On the Ubet platform I didn’t see the delivery information notification on my phone, and then it automatically confirmed the delivery. I went out to check and there was nothing left at the door. After asking the landlord, I found out that the delivery person took it away after arriving at the door. The landlord once said that it was okay. Leave it at the door and we will come out to get it, but the delivery person disagrees and insists on taking the pizza away. I was surprised when I found out, what kind of service is this? I'm going to be hungry tonight. Very bad feeling. I already paid the tip on the Uber platform. Do I need another tip? Can this Dominos delivery person take away the food I purchased at will? Because I paid on the platform, as a payment collection platform, you should have the responsibility to protect your customers' food, even though you later refunded me. But I think this Dominos is too barbaric. Worst feeling, worst night.

This Domino’s has always been excellent. I use the app to order my pizza and it is a great experience. There have been at least two guys making the pizza for years and the quality is always consistently great. I would highly recommend.

This is the most Professional Domino's I have dealt with in a long time. We are from OC but have frequently stayed in Arcadia with family. A few other locations seem to lack good service, common sense and the ability to follow simple delivery instructions. Recently we had a problem with temple city Domino's on numerous occasions. The attention to detail, amount of time, the food was very fresh, hot and tasty. The delivery person was friendly !

'just ordered Dominoes Parmesan bread twists, and 5 cheese dip to go with them. They were horrible!The twists in no way resembled the photo on the web site, leading me the think I had gotten the wrong order. They were indercooked, greasy, just plain awful! The cheese dip was curdled and disgustingly sour tasting!Never Again!

Horrible,Wrong order. Then pizza never came. This place use to be good. Fell off the quality and timing.
