Chipotle Mexican Grill - Monrovia

I ordered a quesadilla and instead received something that looked more like a burrito. There was no cheese, and the tortilla wasn't grilled. Instead of a quesadilla, I got a half-folded raw tortilla that wasn’t even rolled up like a proper burrito. My chosen sides were just piled inside, rather than being presented separately as shown in the menu images. Honestly, I'm not even sure what to call this dish!

We usually enjoy Chipotle and order from them frequently without any issues. However, this particular order was terrible! The meat was mostly fat and gristle, and we ended up spitting out more than we could eat. To make matters worse, there was a large chunk of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there even be meat in the queso dip? The preparation was very poor, and the quality of this order was subpar. We might reconsider ordering from Chipotle again.

To the person who assembled my Burrito Bowl, thank you! I truly appreciate how generously you packed it. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I'm really grateful!

The rice was completely uncooked in my burrito bowl. It was crunchy, hard and totally inedible. The rice is the total base of the entree so needless to say way overpriced for something that went straight into the trash. So dissappointing because I order this all the time at other Chipotles and this has never happened.

I just left this Chipotle after placing an order for my daughter. She said the lettuce tasted like salt, and I think it actually tasted like soap. I'm trying to call the store, but they keep telling me to go to the website to file my complaint, which is really inconvenient since I'm already on the freeway.
