There was an alert gentlemen at the front and he was very helpful and was able to give us the seating arrangement that we requested. The second thing that really caught my eye was the scenery. They had a very nice koi pond inside and very nice dimmed lighting. It gave off a very good vibe. Also, the food was very good. It was very fresh and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend it. Enjoy ; ALSO... our hibachi chef was very, very funny. His name is Nanda. He is by far the funniest hibachi chef I've ever met.
If you're new here, welcome! I'm Lisa and I LOVE me some hibachi. The tender juicy buttery steak, the fluffy buttery rice, the veggies, in this case the super flavorful noodles, the yum yum and steak sauce- I can't get enough. Adam and I decided to go all out to wrap up this year and we both got fried rice and noodles with our meals and let me tell you- it was a great decision. I had enough left overs for a second full hibachi meal the next day. The noodles were bursting with flavors too. Adam typically gets steak and chicken (that's what's pictured here) and i am just a steak girly. But everything was #GOUDapproved and I am so happy we decided to end 2022 on a high note.
Less the 1 star would be good do not go here. horrible charge you 18%(upcharge/pre tip) we just 2 people. our bill came to $95 had 2 plum wines and no dessert. I am appalled this used to be a great place. They don't have sushi and no fancy glasses..only hibachi and superly over priced. They waitress told us 3 times if the 3 yr old even eats one grain of our rice we will be charged $5...really, after the 18%!!!!! Needless to say, we were very unhappy with our experience. Also, as a side note. They need to do something with the ventilation in there. Every one of us walked out of that place smelling like a grease trap in an old railroad car Diner. we told them it was birthday dinner and they did nothing. the waitress an older Asian woman was rude and very abrupt. I will never go again and i will tell everyone this is a ripoff
Went here to celebrate a family member 's birthday, and had a party of 10. While the food we received was good, there were a lot of issues that caused us to leave very unhappy. And, unfortunately, after my visit here--I don 't believe I will return. First and foremost, our main server, an older female employee, was very cold and rude the entire time we were there. One of our guests was a very small, young child. When we tried to order the child a side order of something, since that is all they would eat--our lovely server--very nastily--informed us that we weren 't allowed to order the young child a side order, and they had to get a full meal, or she would be charged a full meal price anyway. She then went on to unkindly tell us that we would be charged a full price if anyone tried to share anything on their plate with the child, as a warning. I 've never seen treatment like this in a restaurant before. Our hibachi chef was very jovial and polite. He was the only good part of our experience. His food was excellent that he prepared for us. However, there were major mistakes with what we received. Three people with us never received what they ordered. (One ordered Steak and Shrimp, and two others Steak and Scallops. . Three different times, our chef had to run back and get the shrimp and scallops for them when he didn 't serve it like it was ordered. Fortunately, as I stated, he cooked it very well and everyone was pleased with the taste of the food. All around us, people were receiving the birthday treatment . I counted at least two other families that were gathering and the restaurant did there thing for the birthdays. Guess whose family went all the way to the end of the meal, paid and walked out without receiving the birthday treatment ? We had reservations in and everything for our party of 10, and they knew we were there celebrating a birthday. There were balloons brought, gifts out on the table, and cards spread out before the Birthday Boy. Yet...our lovely server didn 't care enough to follow through with what we had booked and had reservations in for. Needless to say, we were very unhappy with our experience. Also, as a side note. They need to do something with the ventilation in there. Every one of us walked out of that place smelling like a grease trap in an old railroad car Diner. I do not foresee myself going here ever again. Even though the food was good, there are many, many other hibachi options locally out there with MUCH better customer service...and won 't cause you to need a bath after you walk out.
The services was absolutely horrible. They forgot my shrimp, on my steak shrimp and chicken. The waitress came to the table, only twice in the matter of an hour. Also for two people we had an 18% service charge before a tip........... Never heard of something of such a thing. Do they even deserve a tip?
