The customer service at this restaurant is incredible! The employees here should definitely get a raise, especially the curly-haired employee with glasses. They deserve at least $15 an hour. I may not often crave pretzels, but I always crave great customer service, and this place definitely delivers on that front.

I could easily devour 20 of these pretzels in a row. They are delicious, with a crispy exterior and a soft, warm interior. I deducted one star because the cheese sauce doesn't quite live up to the pretzels. I recommend skipping the cheese sauce and purchasing a different one from the grocery store instead. However, the pretzels themselves are a must-try!

After living outside of Philadelphia for 5 years, I made this place a regular stop. I was thrilled to discover one outside of Pittsburgh recently. The pretzels and pretzel dogs were delicious and fresh. My only disappointment was that they didn't have any lemonade.
