Gloria Jean's Coffees Crossroads Mall

The hot caramel latte was one of the very best latte's I have ever had. I love going to Monroeville Mall just so I can get Gloria Jean's lattes.

Ordered caffe latte and Hot chocolate today at Monroeville mall. Taste looks very good and price was also good for large cup. Hot chocolate was amazing. Love to visit again.

There are no more Gloria Jeans locations where I live; they’ve all shut down. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon one while on a work trip a couple of months ago. I couldn't believe it! The barista totally got my excitement, which was great. I ordered the Oreo Chiller with a shot of espresso, and it tasted just as delicious as I remembered from years ago. If you’ve never tried Gloria Jeans, you definitely should!

The person at the counter seemed quite overwhelmed. We attempted to order two drinks: my vanilla caramel chiller and my girlfriend's drink. The guy at the counter informed us that we would have to wait for his daughter to come back, as only she knew how to make my girlfriend's drink. Honestly, I don’t think her drink was any more complicated than mine. If this place wants to build a loyal customer base in a mall and succeed financially, they need to train all of their staff on how to make all the drinks, regardless of whether it’s a dad-and-daughter operation or not.

I rarely complain about poor service, but I'm feeling really unwell right now. Not only was the woman behind the counter coughing and hacking, but there was also a bug in my latte. I feel nauseous.
