Arby's - Monroeville

At the drive thru I was told one price and when I got to the window it was 6$ more. I bought 2 fish sandwiches and drove off and when I parked at my job to eat, there was no fish on my sandwich ?. I spoke to someone at the store and was told I could come in and get a free sandwich, however I rarely go there because of that reason and I've tried in the past to get the free items I was told were offered to me and no one knew what I was talking about. Even though I was given the name of the person who authorized it)

Sandwiches were very good but could have been warmer. Service was quick but not that friendly.

Very clean employees especially nice hospitable. Food was amazing except for the crinkle fries had too much

Came in a Saturday night to eat at 6:00. Take out only. No dine in. How can the employees be so lazy that I can't just sit at a table and eat my food. This restaurant needs to get its act together. Used to be my favorite. Now I never go here. Employees had an attitude a mile wide. If I were the store owner, I'd fire them all.

Fast food? Sheetz ?
