Tim Hortons - Monroe

The staff is horrible. District Manager (Stephanie) is on a power trip to employees and customers. They constantly give the wrong size coffee or forget the ingredients you requested! Will no longer come here. You reach out to corporate and receive nothing back! Store is ran by kids that need better training! That's not 5 shots of Expresso in my (large) cup. When you give a simple complaint, the employees then proceed to talk about the customer to each other ,like the customer isn't standing there! Brian do better!

This location has no consistency, never order a latte the staff will snarle at you like you just spit on them. Good luck getting what you ordered half the time it's wrong. Sometime the latte tastes like black coffee or just steamed milk or even hot chocolate. If you ask for a sleeve for your hot latte they act like you just took the shirt off thier back. Very rude, inconsiderate and incompetent staff.
