Taco Bell - Monroe

Unfortunately, every single time I order through Grub Hub and put sauce packets into my order, they have not once been able to include those sauces in my order. Everytime I have ordered, my drink is either forgotten completely or instead of me receiving unsweetened ice tea, I get a surprise mouthful of sweet tea. Great for spiking my sugars up! This last time, I ordered unsweetened ice tea and received a watered down strawberry lemonade. When the food arrived, I opened the door immediately. It was all cold and soggy. I contacted taco bell and grubhub and niether could help me. I got credited for the FREE sauce packets! and a $5 coupon for my next order. My order was $55 $10 tip for the driver. What does that $5 do for me? It doesn't even cover their delivery fees! I'm done with grubhub and taco bell. Too expensive, never get what I ordered, completely unappreciated as a customer.

The manager (lady) has great intuition great problem solving skills. Give her a raise please . Thank you for your service .

My order was $9.49 online price but the charge me $13.49 at the pick up window. They said, they are a franchise and they don’t use the app and can’t honor the online prices. The most absurd explanation I had ever heard. Burrito was just full of refried beans.

Easily one of the most vile and pathetic experiences ever. Simply ordered a FRESCA *stated no dairy at all no cheese or sour cream* . Recieved order with melted cheese (always have to check to be sure. Ask for the order I PAID for to be made correctly. The young line cook staff then walks to the window giving a disgusting attitude saying my coworker made this and she didn 't put cheese, we checked and I stated why would I lie? There is cheese on it.. I can 't eat dairy... then she shoved the bag to her manager after her argument was shot down and he gives the most appealing attitude yelling at me that there is no cheese simultaneously shoving the bag our way. We open the order and WOW, CLEAR MELTED CHEESE INSIDE. So he then acts like a toddler and huffs and puffs what do you want me to do ?! Of course no trust in this sad staff, they would retaliate so we demanded a refund because making the order correctly as it was stated on the receipt is to much for an inept bunch of people to do. Good job Monroe Taco Bell!!!! What a star team!

Although their website and the sign on the door says “open till 11pm” that is not true. They were closed by 945pm.
