Starbucks - Monroe

Here’s my wife's experience at Starbucks: "Several times, staff members walked right past me, so I decided to step closer and wave my hand. Still, no one acknowledged me. Just as I was about to leave, I inquired if they were taking orders. One of the staff replied that they were, but she sounded overwhelmed and mentioned how busy they were. Then, she continued to move around for another minute without really addressing me. It seemed like they were training someone, but there was no greeting or assurance that they would help me soon; it really felt like I was disturbing them. To make matters worse, there was no one else in line, and they don't allow for advance orders."

This Starbucks is conveniently situated right next to the Fred Meyer deli, making for a perfect combination. Enjoying a cold brew coffee with a turkey sandwich from the deli is truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my coffee was ready, even on a busy morning. I highly recommend this place!

My favorite coffee shop in the morning has an incredible order-ahead option! By the time I make it into town from Woods Creek, my coffee is always waiting for me, expertly brewed and ready to go!

The customer service at this restaurant is quite variable. They are usually very accommodating when a mistake happens and are willing to remake your order without hesitation. However, when I ask questions about their products, such as cups and other items, their responses can be short and unhelpful. Overall, my experiences have been rather mixed, and I only visit when absolutely needed.
