Mcdonald's - Monroe

Not impressed. we had starving and needed something fast. So we stopped here. the order went fast. then they asked us to move while we were waiting for our food. then I noticed at least 10 other vehicles waiting for food. we've probably waited 15 minutes. fries were hot but not salted and the chicken sandwich was terrible? it was gummy in the texture, small for the rolls and burnt looking. as hungry as I was, could I not finish that sandwich?.

I went this morning after picking up some food(ice cream) which should have been a simple 10 minutes sewn 35 minutes. the girl at the drive was pretty cool...but then I was finally told to raise and wait for them to be short personal and I should have waited how long she was uncertain. I understand that there is a problem everywhere that needed human help, but that was Nerv racking to say the least. I think I'm a good one without visiting mcdonalds in monroe.

If I could rate zero, I would. a terrible service. the kiosk allows them to order something they cannot do, then they did not offer any refund. but that's after I stood at the counter that was ignored for 5 minutes. I will not visit this place anymore. tim hortons is right above the road and they seem to get it right every time. I gave this place many chances, now we're done. simply amazing how they just don't care and show it well.

Around 115 clock, paid order, girl asks me to pull up to a waiting place, 10mins I finally passed horned, lady comes asking what is my order, comes back about 5mins, apologised and said my order was deleted so that they don't know, gave me a card for free sandwich next time. I didn't say anything when I was sure she could say that I was angry, my first and last time at this place
