So I called them and explained he said my order would be ready. I go in “we will put your order in line” of course I was upset. The man at the counter told me “don’t come back” when I turned around he said “ during dinner” I told him I won’t ever be back! I called KFC on S Dixie they were amazing
I waited 27 minutes from the time my receipt was stamped to finally receive my food at the restaurant. I was initially told to park and that they would bring out my order, but after waiting 15 minutes, I went inside to get a refund. The manager then claimed that my order was still being prepared. After waiting an additional 12 minutes, I was handed a $46 bag of food that should never have been served. I was extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of efficiency from the 8 employees who were watching while only 3 employees were working. I also hold whoever is in charge of management responsible for this poor experience. I will never visit this location again as I felt I was robbed.
The restaurant did not have the new menu item ready and the wraps were not thawed properly. After I had already paid, they offered me something else, but I requested a refund instead. However, I never received the $18 refund. When I called the restaurant twice in the past week to inquire about the refund, the manager was rude and unhelpful. He told me that he couldn't do anything without a receipt and suggested that if I found it, I could come in to discuss further. Despite my willingness to provide the day and time of purchase, the manager was uncooperative. It appears that customer service and professionalism are lacking in today's workforce. It seems like anyone can get a job just by showing up, and even that seems to be a challenge for some.
I had a job interview scheduled for today, but when I arrived early and checked in at 1:45 pm (my interview was at 1:30 pm), the female employee at the counter became rude when I inquired about it. She went to get the manager, but I decided to leave as I didn't feel comfortable proceeding with the interview. If they are willing to treat customers rudely, they may also treat coworkers the same way. I would recommend looking for employment elsewhere.
