Staff doesn't seem to care to much about whether you are happy or not so much at this establishment

The positives: The wing sauces and fried pickles were fantastic! The staff were friendly and attentive. The mixed feelings: If you enjoy large wings that are fried extra crispy, this is the place for you. However, I found that the size of the wings compromises their juiciness. Apart from the fried pickles, the other appetizers were just average—about a 6/10—for those who prefer seasoned dishes. They weren't bad, just mediocre. It would have been nice to have additional dipping sauces for the onion rings, as the breading was quite thick, and something other than ranch or blue cheese would have been a great complement. The music was also a bit off for me; it could have just been that particular day, but the 2000s punk rock didn’t really suit the vibe. It felt a little depressing eating comfort food at a sports bar while surrounded by emo music. The negatives/overall impression: I don't have anything particularly negative to say. The staff were pleasant, and the prices were reasonable for the meal.

The food was quick and hot. Unfortunately, I didn’t get our servers name but she was the only young lady there on a Tuesday afternoon. She was sweet and attentive, despite being the only FOH personnel. Got the buffalo chicken sandwich, boneless wings, fries, fried pickles and the buffalo chicken salad. It was all hot, fresh and delicious. The atomic was actually hot, the extra hot not so much, but a great experience for my kids and I. I would definitely recommend this particular location for a quick and amazing meal. Parking: Monroe, OH Kid-friendliness: Great for kids.

The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I'm definitely planning to return soon because I absolutely love the cauliflower wings.

We ordered takeout for four and it cost $85. I’ve always made it a point to check the order here because the management used to put up signs stating they weren’t responsible for mistakes once you leave. I'm glad I did, as the bag was missing some sauce. When I requested it, I was given the wrong one. The online order had a wait time of 40 minutes, but the food felt like it had been prepared hours earlier. The smoked wings were particularly disappointing, and the Saratoga chips were overcooked and tasted rancid—completely inedible. Overall, it was really disappointing considering the price.
