Perhaps the best pizza in all of Monopoli... and surrounding areas! Gourmet pizzas, light in dough and with excellent toppings. Fast service and friendly staff, which is rare today. Spacious room with attention to every aspect. A very pleasant surprise indeed. We will be back very soon. Ps: in addition to the pizzas, the dishes offered are excellent, for example the angus with mushrooms and caciocavallo podolico, simple and excellent at the same time... from the quality of the meat to the preparation of the sauce. I was in this splendid place on Easter 31/03/2024, 5 stars are not enough to describe the courtesy and the excellent quality of the divinely cooked raw materials, from today onwards this place will be my first choice in Monopoli, Thank you again to Luigi and all his wonderful staff. We had dinner in this very modern room, well lit and tastefully furnished. We tasted the padellino pizza and it was tasty, crunchy (perhaps just a little burnt on a quarter) and with interesting combinations. The pizzas then fully met expectations: very soft and well-leavened dough, ingredients well balanced in flavour. The only flaw is the menu which, by not offering the possibility of modification, restricts the choice of those who cannot eat the sauce and therefore would like a certain combination, but on a white basis, or those who are allergic to a single ingredient (such as mushrooms), but the the rest of the combinations are to your taste.
