The service here is amazingly quick and consistent. The staff is always very pleasant and in a good mood, which makes the work day easier during lunchtime. The food prep area is very clean and organized. This location is well managed and deserves a visit. Enjoy!
Not sure what others are talking about here, but this by far One of the best Subways I have been too! Customer service is outstanding! They know how to value their customers and work to better serve them. The employees are very friendly, attentiveand well trained. Food is fresh and my sandwiches tasted delicious. I had a big order of 7 subs in busy hours but the employeeswere so calm and made sure each of my sandwich was prepared perfectly. Plus Employees made sure to use different gloves forveggie subs as well. Extremely satisfied with their service.
I went this Subway at 8:45pm on May 17th. There was one lady and one intern who were at the counter. I was in the queue and the lady asked the bread I want. She left my 2 loafs on counter for 10 minutes and kept attending other customers. After 10 minutesher intern asked us what we want and we had to start all over again. When I asked her if they are short staffed she said, we areabout to close. It was 8:45pm and they close at 9:30pm. Extremely poor customer service! Very disappointed with her attitude andservice!
I had a disappointing experience with customer service during my visit today for a foot-long sub. An elderly Indian employee placed the bread on the preparation table without the usual white paper underneath, which I thought was just a minor oversight. When I politely asked him to replace the bread, he seemed surprised and did change it. However, he then sarcastically asked if he should change the knife as well, accompanied by a smirk. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, had an attitude problem, or if there was something else at play. As an Indian myself, I found this to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered in the USA. I kindly urge the owners to provide their staff with training on basic customer etiquette.
