Pizzeria Don Alfo - Mondovi

Wonderful Pizza. I have nothing to add. As a real true Italian restaurant, the service lack of... Service. But it's ok, if you show up more than 2 times in their premises they will hug you forever. The old guy is simply great. The young lady with 2 children manages stuffs, but the true master is the mother, the master of pizza. I don't think I will be able to enjoy such a taste everywhere else but there. Unlikely the place is a bit expensive, it keeps the flavour from the 70's and the bathroom is a shack. Trust me this is what it makes their pizza the best pizza in northern west Italy. Definitely worth a visit, just to the the old dude and the young niece having lunch together is one of the best scenes I ever enjoyed in my life.

Don't go near this place unless you are Italian. We had to wait a while before the owner came to take our order, Italians who sat down after us were served first. The owner insisted that it was right to charge 2 euro cover for a baby in a pushchair. The food was ok but there is a lot better to be had in Mondovi in much more tourist friendly restaurants.

La pizza è veramente deliziosa e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. È un ottimo posto dove pranzare durante la visita a Mondovì. Altamente raccomandato.

Il ristorante è un luogo ben curato con cibo delizioso e personale abbondante, gentile e amichevole.

Il Scialatellu allo scoglio è davvero superbo, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e porzioni abbondanti.
