It's the best sushi! This chef has a gift, he's unique! their food is art. It's my favorite restaurant! sushi is always fresh and melt in the mouth. It's a real pleasure.

Friday, December 31, 2021, we return to the restaurant around 2pm. The chief is here to work behind his counter. He tells us politely that he can't serve us on the spot because he's a little late and he's preparing his orders for the New Year's Eve. We understand and it will be for the next time... my friend, who lives on Mondonville, engages the conversation you just opened?, you are open on the noon because with telework... Five minutes later, he proposes to serve us to leave! Cool! An hour or two later, after discussing Japan, its culture and gastronomy, having had a course and a tasting of the different parts of the fish and having discovered the Japanese beer Codéo with this enthusiast, we returned to lunch... finally to taste it! We apologize if you had trouble with your chocolate mousse for the evening! ; In short, it's fresh, it's quality, we say, it's loved... all the difference with these ropes that serve you from 8:00 a.m. to midnight of the not bad subson, certainly... but without flavor!
