No 1 Kitchen - Moncks Corner

Food is good but the younger daughter that is at the register most of the time is very rude. It pains her to say thank you or to ask how she can help you. She just stares at you as if you say what do you want? I thought it was me until someone else complained also.

I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Always delicious hot food. Last night I tried the hot and spicy wings for the first time, everything I can say is amazing... Wok rides in General Tsos Sauce and there were at least 10 for $6.75... you're kidding me. As far as customer service is concerned, you get what you give, maybe I've been there for a long time and they know me.

I'm puzzled as to how this restaurant has more than 4 stars. When I entered, the lobby had a terrible sewage-like odor. We ordered the beef and broccoli, and it tasted unpleasant, reminiscent of something bland and frozen. The crab Rangoon was disappointing; the filling felt like soggy bread without any flavor—it's hard to describe. The General Tso's chicken was just average, nothing exceptional. The only dish we enjoyed were the egg rolls.

I tried two dishes from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was the worst food I've ever had. I really can't understand how anyone could ruin Beef Lo Mein. I ended up throwing both dishes in the trash! I will never eat there again. Save your money and choose one of the other Chinese restaurants in town instead.

Finally, some fantastic East Coast-style Chinese cuisine! The pork fried rice and authentic egg rolls were amazing. Absolutely outstanding!
