Przekaż informację zwrotnąQuite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The poor old man in line behind me passed away from old age. I waited in the drive through line with two cars ahead of me for 42 minutes. I could have bought a steak, started the grill, and had it eaten by the time Wendy?s pumped out two hamburgers. If the ratings were for efficiency, they would get 0 stars?.
This location has greatly improved its customer service. The food is always delicious and it's very clean. I would not have be able to say that in a month ago but as a better now this store is an 8 out of 10
Really bad service, looks like the employees don't even know what they are doing, waited a really long time, had enough and ended up leaving the place without ordering my food. Slow employees, they don't know a bit about customer service.
I had to redo my review. The first time we ate here, (drive thru), the food was delicious. They just didn't give us any straws or napkins. Luckily, we had some in the truck... However, the next two times we ordered from here... We got only a portion of what we ordered, because the were out of items, but what's sad is, when my husband came to pick up our order, (we love 25min away one way), they have him items that didn't even Total what we paid for! And they didn't offer him a refund back! Not happy at all with how they do business here! Did us delicious, BUT not getting what you order, then being charged extra for what you did get is wrong, in any way you put it! Not doing online ordering from here again! Stop stealing from people, it's wrong, if y'all didn't know, or something!!! The only reason I put 2 stars is because the food, really is good here. Even tho the service isn't.
The food was fresh and expedient even though there were only 2 people working! (We didn't go at a normally busy time though. With only 2 working, they had to close the drive thru, but we were eating inside anyway.
