Burger King - Monahans

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went there to 4/24/2022 after a long journey from san antonio to work in the oil field. when my man ordered, the redner's wife cut him off and asked him to repeat many different paintings. Once we came to the window, we were missing objects and one of the burgers was made wrong. we had to go back to the window to fix this problem. there was a man who brought the burger back. we told him how it should be done, and he gave us the burger and the missing mozzarella sticks at the same time. we left and realized that our drinks were also wrong and the burger who was re-made was made wrong again. we reached the customer service and they said that the load would contact us. they allow 3-5 working days to reach us. it has been at this place two weeks and no one has solved or tried this problem. that is the worst customer service I have ever received from a burger king. I will not return to this place and let all my oilfield types know how terrible the service is here.

Check their order when they get their stuff. we made the mistake not to do that. i20 have come down a good way and wisely, and there is no food. Drinks taste as if the machines had not been cleaned since they opened the place. I

This is a real good location. The lady working the drive-thru is always awesome she speaks clearly and is really friendly she's really good at her job. 01-06-22 8:30am

Very unhospitable drive through order taker and very gruff upon order pick-up. Felt to us like she did not really like what she was doing. Payment and food delivery was fast though. Kids enjoyed the food and commented that it tasted good to them.

Cute little girl made me the best Texas Double Whopper I have had. Fries were even fresh too.
