Best vegan Risotto I ever had! Monaghan has few options for vegans, and although vegan options are not marked on the menu here, my waitress was very good about what could be changed and could not be changed and the cook made an excellent work an off-menu risotto for me. It was so ridiculous that I probably couldn't eat a second plate! I actually regretted that the next day I didn't have a serving for lunch. The side of garlic bread and salad was not great – the garlic tasted like it came from a glass, and the salad had nothing on it (no olive oil, lemon, salt, etc.). But the Risotto was so good that I didn't even care. The restaurant itself is simply beautiful, and the interior designer should be applauded. It was a nice atmosphere to read a book while enjoying such a delicious dinner. My waitress was very friendly and helpful. A fantastic experience around and a highly recommended meal!

We heard a recommendation. I have to say that I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was so friendly with a warm welcome and the food was exceptional. I am not a fish lover, but had the warm shrimp and cod salad, it was absolutely beautiful and beautifully presented, my main was also not disappointed. I would highly recommend The Batch Loaf to people and look forward to returning. I wish all employees the best in the future and hope that this business will continue to strive in these difficult times that we are all going through at the moment.

Was there tonight for my births, the place is fabulous from the beautiful furnishings and the friendly staff to the unrealistic food. The staff was beautiful, even came out and sang Happy Birthday and brought extra ice during dessert. Beautiful place 10/10

Nice restaurant. Fab food and service. A Batch-Lob as a starter...? Bread and Pesto-Dip? only too filing and too much as a starter for one. A disc is enough!! If you buy... share with 4 people at least... his bread.

We were here to surprise a friend and the staff were so helpful in helping us pull it off! The food was absolutely stunning!!!!! I went for the vegetarian risotto and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had!!!!!! Definitely recommend!
