In a beautiful and well-recovered environment, we found a chef of great experience, sympathy and welcome, patient waiters, very kind and very attentive to service. we have served a degotation of delicious local products, varied and in good number of courses, with great possibility of “returns”. honest price, excellent experience
The degotation menu can not end but it is a trip of gouits served with care and presented impeccablely, it is worth listening to the presentation of giannico that introduces you on this journey of carefully selected products.
I was in collalto twice and never disappointed. we had there in september our high-time festival and the experience was excellent. Five stars. it would be hard to improve the food, the service, the experience, the location and the five hours we spent there...our way through 10 courses and the completion with its locally produced steak, which was the best I had. I cannot recommend the experience enough, and the boss/owner is amazing. eating here is quite refined and in contrast to any other farm I visited. a bit from the beaten away in the region venetian, so it is really only known by mouthword, and often not even from native.
This place drips with passion and engagement for local cuisine. the chef seems dedicated to maintaining local traditions, with its own products (including bark meat,) and all in the right season. I had the pleasure of eating here when the legally famous local cries. in season. about the 3-4 hours of meal we shared here with friends, we have enjoyed crunching, asparagus and bark on a many different types. the crunches in the meattar had even those I did not eat raw carnivores in our group that purify their teller. we had fresh asparagus 3 different species (white with lardo, green w/ amaretti and both in risotto). the pissacani (dandelions) filled pasta were mild, but tasty. and the meat of bark grown locally was fantastic. they should know that everyone eats a fixed menu. the prices are reasonable, portions super generous, and the service is friendly. here it is right.
