The Rooftop Grill - MOLLYMOOK BEACH

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the live music by Chloe was incredible. The staff was lovely, especially Jess, who was exceptional. And I have to say, the ribs were the best I've ever tasted! I couldn't recommend this place more!

We had dinner here on the second night of our stay at Bannisters by the Sea, and the hotel transfer to the pavilion was a breeze. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace; it was lively and had a fantastic atmosphere. The menu was straightforward, and instead of opting for main courses, we chose to share a variety of starters, which turned out to be a great decision—the food was excellent! The fish tacos with mango were a standout. The service was friendly, and the ginger bubbles cocktails were delicious! Overall, it was great value for money, with everything reasonably priced. This is definitely a great spot to visit with a group!

I spent two nights at Bannisters Pavilion and dined at the Rooftop Bar and Grill on both evenings, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The cocktails and food were fantastic! My stay in the penthouse was luxurious, and I even received a complimentary upgrade. The free continental breakfast was a delightful perk, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. The Day Spa is a must-visit; I felt completely relaxed afterward and appreciated the free shuttle service between locations. The hotel is just a street away from the beach and only a two-minute walk to the Mollymook shops. I will definitely be returning!

We just had an a amazing weekend at Bannisters to celebrate our wedding anniversary!!! <3 We booked too late so could only stay by the Sea on the Friday and then moved to the Pavillion for Saturday but it actually worked out perfect and was nice to experience both. By the Sea was in a better location and better view from the room but we enjoyed the casual and relaxed atmosphere of the Pavillion. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great and the hotel grounds were beautiful. We were very impressed!!! Thank you :

We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Bannisters Pavilion last weekend. We stayed in one of the penthouses with our 3 kids and were extremely happy with the service, food and overall vibe of the place. I highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely be back again :
