The family ate lunch here: ordered beef and pork ribs meal that included drinks. Good taste! Drinks are upsized once you present sm advantage card.

Servings are too small, taste is ok not exactly mindblowing. Service is average at best. Eat here once, and you aren't coming back

My family and I visited SM Bacoor Baby Back Ribs on the third floor in August. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Despite waiting for an hour in a nearly empty restaurant, we decided to cancel our order and leave due to the lack of service. The restaurant was also out of many menu items. We ordered crispy bacon bunwich, strawberry-banana smoothies, a double patty bunwich, and a family feast. After waiting for a long time, only the bunwiches and smoothies were served. We were the only ones left waiting for our food, so we expected it to arrive soon. However, after waiting for more than 30 minutes, we decided to cancel our order and leave, especially after seeing others who arrived after us receive their meals before us. The service was terrible, and there seemed to be no manager overseeing the operations.
