Steak 'n Shake - Moline

The food was excellent tonight! I enjoyed a double bacon cheeseburger, and the fries were fresh. It’s been 20 years since I last had SNK. However, I believe that if you spend over $20, you should get dipping sauce for free.

I was pleased to experience a new way of ordering food, although I initially found it a bit confusing. Thankfully, a friendly staff member came out to assist us, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff checked on us regularly. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!

There was no waitress; we had to place our own orders, fetch our own drinks, and pick up our food ourselves. It required constant getting up to grab things. The food was good, but I didn't enjoy the overall experience. I probably won't return!

Wow has Steak and Shake changed since covid... we were not too happy ordering on the big ipads !! It takes forever!!! So impersonable and frustrating. They took out their salads and several of our favorite burgers too!! I actually think the burgers are flatter now too although they tasted good and we love their fries. Disappointed in the amount of cheese sauce we got for an extra charge. We are done with Steak and shake!!

As always, the food was GREAT...however, when you go inside, you have to use a touch screen to order.. It was confusing to place 2 orders at once not very user friendly.. Although, I think I am abit tech-savvy.. it was hard to navigate. All drinks are now serve yourself no waitresses, which was some of the atmosphere
