Kfc - Moline

I ordered a couple of chicken bowls that we usually love, but this time they seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. There was barely any gravy, and the chicken was cold and tough. Even my husband's meal wasn't very good, as the chicken was greasy. Additionally, I was charged $2.89 for a small side of coleslaw, which I found to be overpriced. I used to love KFC, but after this experience, I am unsure if I will return. Unfortunately, going back was not an option at the time.

I was hoping to get a relaxing meal at KFC, I did not eat here I left. Upon arrival I noticed some dirt in front of the door on the sidewalk. Once I stepped in my feet were sliding on the floor and at that time I knew that the floor was covered in grease.That's when I realized the dirt outIn front of the door on the sidewalk was actually greased being tracked outsideFrom thegreasy floor. looking around the restaurant was not clean at all. If they don't clean the floor you know they're not cleaningthe cooking area. I just left and went to a different restaurant. The only way I will go back is if they tear that building downand build a new one

The listed store hours are incorrect as I arrived half an hour before closing time and found the doors shut with no response in the drive-thru. Please update your store hours. The nearby Long John Silver's also had the same issue, and I was disappointed to drive all the way out here only to find both restaurants misrepresenting their hours of operation.

The woman at the drive-thru had no teeth and did not ask me if I wanted my change back after I paid. She kept the change and when I got home, I found that my chicken strips were undercooked.

Finger licking good! Still the best take out chicken imo! This location is also the best in the QCA! Always fast and friendly fresh chicken! They don?t ever forget the honey either like other locations, namely Milan! The restrooms are clean as is therestaurant itself. It?s a chain restaurant so it?s hard to say their food is the best but damn I?m not sure how they always cookthe best chicken! The mashed potatoes and gravy taste better here too! Maybe they?re sprinkled with crack? Lol
