Leatherhead Grill - Mole Valley

A highly recommended take with the leatherhead grill. kebab wraps are my favorite, with generous fillings. burgers are also tasty, good size with salat and soaking their choice. delivery youngs always polite and friendly. the customer service is also very good from the restaurant when they call. will not go elsewhere for our Burger/Kebab-Creaving.

Always great eating! even my daughter eats a little girl her whole meal from here. also top boys, so kind.

Great delivery service. always hot decent portions. never had problems always enjoying eating. definitiw recommend them if they have a burger, kebab or another snack.

Have ordered from this place on various occasions some of which were okay others that have taken over 1.5hr to be delivered which I understand at busy times. However on this occasion I ordered at 5.30 for a scheduled delivery between 7 and 7.45. At 7.45 I called and asked for update and was told that i had ordered for a scheduled time and it would be delivered it was on the grill cooking. I said that I had ordered for delivery between 7 and 7.45 and the guy rudely answered back that he couldn't pinpoint the time and it was being cooked and would be there soon. Waited till 8.25 and decided that was long enough and called to cancel the delivery. I was told the driver was outside, which he was not, and that I couldn't cancel the order. I said it was too late and I had requested a delivery time to which he replied with he can't have a special driver just for me and that the roads were icy. Now I completely understand the strains business's are going through at the moment but if they can't deliver on a service then don't offer it. Or at the very least maybe just apologise for the delay in the first place and don't try to make the customer feel stupid. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them again and he told us not to call again, not that he needed to say that.

Ordered kebabs for family. They come freezing cold with a hair in when we called the place I explained the situation they laughed and refused to give a refund or replacement.rude service and disgusting food !
