Harriets At Gatwick Moat House

During our stay at a nearby hotel without dining options, we decided to try Harriet's restaurant. Upon entering, we were impressed by the abundance of hand sanitizer signs, which made us feel that the company prioritized cleanliness. We had to text a code to a number, which would be kept for a month, as we did not have the NHS app. The menu featured typical pub grub selections that were all delicious. The server was a cheerful and friendly girl who made us feel very welcome.

Clean and easy to navigate, with clear signage throughout. Hand sanitizer provided at all touch points, and all staff and customers are wearing face coverings in communal areas. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return.

The stay was comfortable, with accommodating bar staff. The Cod Chips that were ordered arrived promptly and were delicious. The Gin Tonic was also very good.

Food reasonably priced for a hotel, friendly and helpful staff! The food arrived quickly after ordering and tasted great with very generous portion sizes!

Was staying one night at the hotel so came here for dinner. Wasn’t really expecting much but the food was quite good. Only down side was the terrible staff and service. There were 6 people dining in total in the restaurant and we felt like we didn’t exist. The two workers weren’t at all taking there job serious with constant jovial yelling at each other across the room and just no real care for the customer.
