Frank's Shrimp Chicken - Mokena

My introduction to Frank's dates back to the Irving Park location on the north side more than 20 years ago and I must say that I immediately fell in love with seafood. When the years were past, I continued to move south and I would be the Burbank site and not a drop in taste and quality. So today I searched through Google search and found out that they have a Mokena location, so I decided to make a 15 miles trek to check it, and I must say it was good worth the trip! This location is the best because it was a better choice of products and the seafood was fresher. I had Jumbo shrimp, fish chip dinner, chicken and onion rings and everything was delicious! Even the sauces were good, the shrimps were huge and the chicken was some of the best I had in a take-out joint. Do not sleep in this place when you are in the area because I am a regular customer now! You serve fresh seafood dinner I love this place!

Food is always top notch and drinks are not watered. Service is carried out by the most friendly waiting staff. Waitress and waitress were very helpful. My only criticism is a little expensive.

Eating here almost 2 years and it is always consistent and food is always fresh. I recommend the Buffalo Shrimps and Hush Puppies. You have slot machines you can play while you wait/dine in.

Bark and shrimp were delicious. Had a cream of mushroom soup that was probably one of the best soups I had in a long time! Back for groupers and scallops!

This place is an unsung hero of Mokena. I have lived here 2 years and never thought to come here until tonight. My son gobbled up his shrimp and loved therice they serve with it. My scallops were perfectly cooked and the hush puppies were awesome! Service was great. Such a good experience. We will definitely be back to try more things
