Kfc - Mohali

I have visited this KFC branch multiple times and each time I have been disappointed and frustrated with the food quality. On my most recent visit, I ordered a bucket of hot crispy chicken, a Classic roll, Hot wings, and more, but I was genuinely unsatisfied with what I received. My order was ready in 22 seconds, but it was cold and overly greasy. The food was clearly not freshly prepared as the temperature was much lower than it should have been. The excessive oiliness not only made the dish unappetizing, but it also masked the flavors of the ingredients. Unfortunately, the food I received did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times, hoping that each time the service would improve, but unfortunately, it seems to get worse every time. The staff here lacks basic customer service skills and we are always left feeling disappointed after each visit. We only come here because we have limited options in Mohali. I urge the management to make some changes for the better.

The fried chicken, chicken wings, zinger burger, and smoothies at this restaurant are all fantastic. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Unfortunately this is the only KFC around in this busy market. So one doesn't have any other option but to visit it. It's is highly understaffed with the worst possible servicesThe service is really slow and most of the times they don't have what you ask for. The wash room is dirty and the Ac are usually not working in the basement.

Awwsm food, gr8 service....????, reasonable prices, lot of fun , enjoy with friends,family,etc. Enjoy ????
