I ordered more... sauce and kartoffel because nobody, not even the little teens would be full of the crowd. on the bill it said extra soße extra kartoffeln I told the waiter that it wasn't fair, the family was here for 34 years, and the amounts were just stupid, but the waiter wasn't interested, he said I ordered extra and I had to pay. and that the restaurant had changed the owners and employees years ago. I was even so fair in the restaurant on the day before, where we cocktails for 60 eur I paid 60eur, but the waiter returned with 40 euro as if I paid 100eur. and I was fair, told them that they made a mistake, and gave them back the 40 euro. I told the waiter that the day after. but still he didn't care. the prices are approx. 25 higher than other good restaurants in puerto rico and is simply not worth it. avoid this place.
We had 2 great evenings here loving eating, attentive service and nice atmosphere entered by the singers and watching men dancing went twice in our week in puerto rico
We were looking forward to going here from reviews , we were seated and the waitress was helpful ordered starters which were basic had ordered chateaubriand, well done which came out rare to medium so we sent it back then it came back sliced and...fried no service cold sides !! Received no service from staff after that .. they avoided us,we waited 15 mins before someone came to the table .. we asked for bill were not offered dessert!! When I told staff we were not happy with meal or service they just gave us the bill ... needless to say we just left, while some of the staff seemed pleasant we felt like a number there they just wanted our money... service very poor and food was tasteless not worth a visit ...
We visited La Bolera twice during our recent stay in Puerto Rico. The first time was just for a drink and to watch the Elvis tribute. He looked good, spoke like Elvis, moved like Elvis, but it's a pity his singing voice was so flat!...But enjoyable nevertheless. We went back a few days later for the Michael Jackson tribute no problem with his voice this time, as he only mimed. But he had all the dance moves. The service was fine, the food good. No problems apart from the number of smokers around. Worth going to for a bite to eat and a bit of a show.
Everything you need from a good position restaurant, special service and exquisite food
