Subway - Moe

I noticed a significant improvement from my last visit to this restaurant. The staff member was friendly and easy to communicate with, the shop was clean, and the food tasted great. However, the only downside was that having only one staff member on duty led to longer waiting times.

The food was excellent, but the service was lacking. There was a foreign worker behind the counter who did not speak or understand English, making it difficult to communicate my order. Luckily, another employee was able to translate for me. It took a long time to receive my order, and it was not what I had requested. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. If the Moe branch continues to operate in this manner, they may face bankruptcy in the near future.

The customer service was welcoming and the sandwich was fantastic, made by friendly employees in a peaceful and tidy establishment with plenty of street parking available.

Had my favourite sub the meatball sub. Taste great. Good service. Clean place.Nice people. Good for quick meal.

Somedays great, other days you can clearly see the salads are wilted and not fresh. Some staff are good, others rush and make a sloppy sandwich.
