Wingstop - Modesto

My experience at this restaurant was dreadful. I placed my order three hours in advance for a special birthday celebration, but when I arrived on time, my order had not even been started. The staff was very rude about the situation and I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my food, only to find out there was none available. To make matters worse, there was no manager present to address the issue. I promptly contacted the company's office via email to express my dissatisfaction, but only received a response a month later in the form of a $5 gift card. This Wing Stop location really needs to improve their customer service.

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service needs improvement. There are long wait times, much longer than the advertised 21-26 minutes. In reality, it can take over an hour to an hour and 45 minutes to be served. The crew should better plan for peak hours, as people make plans and cannot afford to wait an additional 30-45 minutes. Customers would rather go elsewhere for cold and low-quality wings than wait for so long.

I recommend this restaurant for those who don't mind waiting over an hour for their food. I placed an online order and had to wait an hour before they started preparing it. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they told me it would be ready in 35 minutes. However, when I returned, they informed me that the order was not started and they were doing it now.

AVOID DINING IN OR IF YOU'RE IN A RUSH. While the food was fresh and delicious, I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for my order, which was only 2 medium bone-in combos. Waiting is not a problem for me, but many customers ahead of me were frustrated about the long wait. I recommend ordering ahead of time or online, as walking in is not efficient. I will return to this restaurant, but I will definitely plan ahead for my order.

When has this EVER been a large thighbites combo? I’ve ordered this meal multiple times and have never received this little quantity. I get more when I order regular thighbites. You guys at the Standiford location should be embarrassed. I will not be back.
