Mountain Mike's Pizza - Modesto

I understand that Mountain Mike's Pizza can get busy; I have my own commitments too. However, that doesn't excuse lying to customers. I have been a loyal customer of MMP and felt that I didn't deserve this treatment. I will give this restaurant another chance since I genuinely enjoy their pizza more than any other place. However, if I experience this issue again, I will not return and will choose another MMP instead.

We dined in and had to wait about an hour for our food. However, the pizza we ordered was hot and delicious. It seemed like they were overwhelmed with delivery orders, so we understood the delay.

Call us. We waited inside for just 5 minutes, and everything was taken care of. She inquired if we wanted napkins, plates, parmesan, and chili flakes. She was very kind. Excellent customer service!

Time assignments are not fulfilled this time at 1 o'clock. ordered from the app, followed 1.5 hours later, immediately for 10 minutes, then the app delivery time told us wrong, and that we had to wait another hour, we canceled the order. Minutes later I call the store, hold 4 minutes immediately, I was another customer, asked the delivery time for a big one and I was told 35 minutes.

I've been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the last several times we've had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting. Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza and threw it back in and told me it would be out shortly. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked to see how much longer thinking they had boxed it up and forgotten me. The pizza they thought was mine, wasn't. They didn't bother telling me until I asked, and then was told I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. The only employee that even cared was the employee who saw me waiting the entire time he was able to take his lunch break. They 100% forgot to make my pizza until after I paid. Once we took it home, we realized they put no effort in to trying to make it look good or cut it evenly. For how much they cost, I'm utterly disappointed and unfortunately don't think I'll be returning to this location.
