Caffettino - Modesto

This small coffee bar is at the forefront of the 3rd wave specialty coffee movement, and it truly shines. As someone who brews special filter coffee at home, I can appreciate the taste of really good coffee. I decided to try my first double espresso here, and it was outstanding. They even offered me a complimentary cup of their filter coffee to compare, and it was equally fantastic. It's clear that they know what they're doing - the coffee is freshly roasted every few days and their espresso blend is spot on. While I haven't tried any milk drinks, I can confidently say that everything they serve is top-notch. It's impressive to see such great work from a small coffee bar that only opened a year ago, especially during the pandemic.

This was the best macchiato I have ever tried. The café had a cool and cozy atmosphere with amazing coffee. There were two tables inside and two outside.

I ordered the salted caramel mocha. My coffee had the perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness. It was not too bitter, just right. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

I only know another boutique espresso bar that is brauting on this level. a hidden gem in the same shopping center as el rosal on the coffee road near floyd. selected coffee.

The coffee is really good. I've tried their espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew. Each is really good. The coffee is roasted on site in small batches. The cafe is inside Cornucopia, the health food store, and has some seating inside and outside. Great coffee and nice staff.
