Almost always all kind and helpful.. only problem was when I went to buy 60 astucci, I wanted to buy also an object to make the form of the N on the cappuccino but I was answered absolutely no as I am a customer with a profile that does not preview or purchase as a gift... After 5 years of purchase with an average of 50/60 astucci every two months .. vabè .

Unlike what I read in other reviews, I found myself really well, as soon as I entered I was warmly welcomed, the girl was super friendly and patient. I will definitely return, both for the reception and for the top coffee.

What's the point of putting the opening hours on the Nespresso app and even on Google Maps if you don't respect it? The ticket in front of the door doesn't solve the problem.

Bad and very slow service. The orders have zero desire to help you. While I was serving, I heard them speak in my ears saying: we can't waste time for customers. Before and last time I get something there. I also add that the product I bought had to be a gift and the outer wrapping is all ruined. NEVER.
