Desire for ethnic, excellent reviews... I came to this Japanese restaurant of a large restaurant chain. It is located a stone's throw from the center of Modena. Well furnished, it is welcoming and has a truly Asian style. The menu is really very rich, perhaps too rich. Not knowing most of the dishes, I found myself a little taken aback when choosing. In the end I decided to let myself be guided by the staff who recommended some slightly spicy udon in soy milk broth. Really good. However, I was less impressed by the other two dishes I ordered, a sashimi and a black sesame mochi (both good, but not exceptional). Overall I was satisfied. Price ok, but not cheap. Excellent quality food, fresh and balanced. Each dish has its own characterization and perfect taste. Higher price than other restaurants of this type, but it is motivated by the quality of the products.
